Drone flying laws Kenya is illegal (Advert)

Sharing is Caring

It is now clear that civilians are not allowed to fly drones in Kenya:

  • if you illegally fly a drone in Kenya and you are convicted, then, you may pay a fine not exceeding 100,000/= or spend your time in jail for a period not exceeding 12 months.

Why do we’ve such punitive drone flying laws Kenya. I see people around the world flying their drones so freely at weddings, beaches and other events?

Are we the only ones who have an airspace?
