Mohammed Salah could play against Genk in the Champions League on Wednesday after returning to first team training.
The Egyptian forward missed Liverpool’s 1-1 draw with Manchester United at Old Trafford over the weekend. He was injured during the 2-1 win over Leicester City.
Manager Jurgen Klopp chose not to risk the player for the game at Old Trafford as he had not yet resumed training.
Salah was however pictured today at Melwood, Liverpool’s training base as they prepare to travel to Belgium for the Champions League Clash.
It means that the 27 year old forward is likely at least to be ready for next Sunday’s EPL clash with League rivals Tottenham Hotspurs at Anfield.
