Callum Hudson Odoi has committed his future to Chelsea by signing a new long term contract at the Stamford Bridge.
The 18 year old winger has penned a new five year deal at the London based club.
He grew influence in the 2018/2019 season by winning himself a place in the Chelsea squad and ended the season with five goals and a number of assists.
Hudson Odoi became Chelsea’s ever youngest England International to play for England national team in the Euro 2020 qualification against Czech Republic at Wembley. He was also named the Young Player of the Year in May.
New Chelsea manager Frank Lampard said that a new contract for Callum Hudson Odoi was a priority to him. He started working on it immediately after he got the Chelsea job.
This brings an end to transfer speculation that Hudson Odoi was set to leave the club. Bayern Munich and Manchester United were earlier interested in signing the 18 year old winger.
