Now is the Chinese and Qataris deliver 300,000 houses, it means President Uhuru and his team will have to deliver 200,000 units of social and affordable housing. 

“Discussions with the Qatari investors are progressing. This will go a long way towards achieving the Big Four Agenda target of building 500,000 affordable homes across the country,” said Transport Cabinet Secretary James Macharia.

Kenya is importing more from China (Ksh. 370.8 billion in 2018) compared to exports of Ksh. 11.1 billion during the same period. 

This is what economists call Balance of Payment deficit. Simply refers to importing more than we export.
