Boda Boda business in Kenya to bear the blunt side of Kenya’s budget for FY 2019/2020

In order to mitigate the risk associated with boda boda business in Kenya, the National Treasury has proposed to amend the Motor Vehicle Third Party Risks Rules to require all passenger carrying boda boda and tuk tuks to have an insurance cover for pedestrians and passengers.
