Uhuru Kenyatta’s Election Nullified by Supreme Court of Kenya

Chief Justice Maraga and his fellow judges have nullified the election of Hon. Uhuru Kenyatta.

The judges with a dissenting opinion were given  a chance to read their opinion. That is Justice Njoki Ndung’u and Jackton Ojwang.

Lawyer Ahmednasir Mohamed told the media that this was a political decision and not a legal one. The presidential elections will be repeated within 60 days.

The full details of the judgement will be delivered with the next 21 days at the Supreme Court of Kenya.
